Fla.
He was born Oct. 26, 1951, in
Chanute to Midge Ballard and
Ken Casper.
Survivors include a daughter,
Lauren Casper, Port Charlotte,
Fla.; a son, Colin Casper, Port
Charlotte, Fla.; two brothers
and sisters-in-law, Mike and
Peggy Casper, and Jeff and Katy
Casper, all of Chanute; his stepfather,
F.L. Ballard, Chanute;
and stepmother, Rosia Casper,
Chanute.
He was preceded in death
by his father, Ken Casper, and
mother, Midge Ballard.
Cremation will take place. A
private service to scatter his
ashes will take place at a later
date.
