Eve was born and raised in Athens, Georgia, the daughter of Bob Carson and Teresa Bethke. She graduated valedictorian from Clarke Central High School in 2004. She attended the University of Georgia for a semester, and then transferred to the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, majoring in Political Science and Pre-Medicine. An extremely popular and outgoing woman, she was involved with many organizations and activities, and had just won an election for UNC-CH Student Body President in February. Friends describe Eve as an amazing young woman with unlimited potential. She leaves a tremendous void at UNC and will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her.
