Ricki Lynn Martin, 62, Kearney, Mo., passed away, Tuesday, February 21, 2012, at the KU Medical Center, in Kansas City.
Mrs. Martin was born April 29, 1949, in Portland Oregon, daughter of Charles Preston Bottoms and Geogiana (Schumaher) Luebchow. She married Frank Martin on April 4, 1969, in Camdenton, Mo; he survives of the home.
Mrs. Martin worked for the Lawson Manor Nursing Home for several years as an H.R., a Dietary Manager and also worked in the Human Resource and Medical Records department. She was also a member of the N.W.M.S.U. Horse Show Circuit.
Ricki was preceded in death by her father, Charles Bottoms and her step-father, Donald Luebchow.
In addition to her husband, Frank, she is survived by her mother, Georgiana Luebchow of Castle Rock, Washington; one son, Justin McBee of Excelsior Springs; two daughters, Michelle Miller of Lawson, and Deana Miller of Excelsior Springs; and five grandchildren.
Visitation will be from 6-8pm, Thursday, February 23, 2012, at the Polley Funeral Home in Lawson, Mo. Funeral Services will be at 1:00p.m., Friday, February 24, 2012 at the Salem Christian Union Church in Excelsior Springs. Burial will be in the Lawson Cemetery.
