Wilma Massey, age 77 of Tullahoma passed away Sunday, August 2, 2009 in Bedford County as a result of injuries received in an automobile accident. She was a native of Gordonsburg, TN and the daughter of the late J.K. and Pearl Brown. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband Robert E. Massey.

Mrs. Massey was a member of the church of Christ at Cedar Lane and had started her 30th year as the secretary at Bel-Aire Elementary School. She wore many hats at Bel-Aire and was a woman of many talents who will be missed by all who knew and loved her.

She is survived by her daughters Jeanna (Walter) Rice of College Grove and Janelle Grass of Franklin; a sister Bettye (Glenn) Ammons and a brother J.B. (Hazel) Brown all of Hohenwald; six grandchildren Caleb, Zach, Kelsey, Jake, Massey, and Mia Camille.

Visitation with the family will be Tuesday night from 5:00 until 8:00 pm at the church of Christ at Cedar Lane where funeral services will be held at 2:00 pm Wednesday, August 5, 2009 with Bro. Pat Allison and Bro. Byron Lawrence officiating. Burial will follow in the Rose Hill Memorial Gardens Cemetery. Online condolences may be left for the family at www.tullahomafuneralhome.com
