Funeral services for Clarence R Adams, 73, Topeka, will be at 1 p.m. Monday at the First Baptist Church at Oskaloosa, with burial in the Horton Cemetery. Mr. Adams died Wednesday afternoon at the Topeka Veteran's Hospital. Born May 22, 1897, in Cass County, Mo., Mr. Adams was a member of the Topeka chapters of the American Legion and the American War Dads. Survivors include three daughters, Katherine Jones, Harrisonville, Mo., Adelia Powell, of New Mexico, and Josephine Coffey, Lawrence; three sons, Howard of Holton, James and Lawrence both of Lawrence, 31 grandchildren and 27 great-grandchildren.
