A Mass of Christian Burial celebrating the life of Anna Auer age 86 of Albany, will be 11 a.m. Tuesday, November 22, 2005 at Seven Dolors Catholic Church, Albany. Anna passed away Friday at Albany Area Hospital. Entombment will be in the parish cemetery. Friends may call from 4-9 p.m. Monday & after 10 a.m. Tuesday at the Seven Dolors Parish Center. The Catholic Aid Society & St. Jude's Mission Group will pray at 8 p.m. followed by parish prayers at 8:30 p.m. Monday at the Parish Center. Arrangements are being made by Miller-Carlin-Brenny Funeral Home, Albany.

Anna was born in Collegeville to Nickolus & Mary (Sperl) Thielman. She married Edmund Auer on April 17, 1941 at St. John's. They farmed in rural Albany until retirement in the mid 80's when they moved to town in Albany. Anna enjoyed quilting, canning jellies & jams, baking bread & visiting with family, friends & especially her grandchildren & great-grandchildren. She was a member of the Catholic Aid Society, St. Jude's Mission Group, Mother of Mercy Auxiliary, Stearns County Pioneer Club, & Seven Dolors Catholic Church.

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband Edmund on January 7, 2003, daughter, Eileen Brinkman, infant daughter, great-grandson, Anthony Ludwig & brothers & sister, Robert, Oswald, Leo, Clarence, Francis, & Alice Schroeder.
