BAUR, Magdalene A. "Midge" (nee Del Giorno) 74, a resident of Wood-Ridge for fifty years passed away on February 13, 2013. Born in Jersey City to the late William and Josephine Del Giorno. She was a former head teller at the United Jersey Bank in Carlstadt. Magdalene was a parishioner of Our Lady of the Assumption R.C. Church in Wood-Ridge where she served as a Eucharistic Minister, a member of the Rosary Society and a former member of the Bereavement Committee. In 1958, Magdalene won the Miss Bergen County Beauty Pageant. Beloved wife of fifty-five years to Christopher A. Baur, Jr. Devoted mother of Anna M. Gramlich and her husband William of Rutherford, Jodi Cinelli and her husband Gary of Wood-Ridge, Christopher A. Baur, III and his wife Gillian of Fair Lawn and Lisa Marie Mele and her husband Robert of Wood-Ridge. Dear sister of William Del Giorno of South Hackensack and Jo Anne Piroino of Pompton Plains. Sister-in-law of Emil Baur, Josephine Trotter and Ida Agaman. Loving grandmother of Megan-Ann, William, Chelsea, Gary, Alison, Kelly, Ryan, Christopher IV, Michael, Nicholas, Destinie, Magdalene and Bobbie Magee.
