Charlie Edward McAllister, 55, of Carrollton, died Wednesday at King's Daughters Hospital in Madison, Ind. He was an enforcement officer with the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet, a member of the Madison American Legion and an Army veteran of the Vietnam War.
Survivors include his wife, Wanda Sue Hanlon McAllister; a daughter, Charla J-Lene Beebe of Milton; sons, Loren McAllister of Hanover, Ind., and Roy Lee Le-Edward of Carrollton; sisters, Joyce Workman of Lexington, Marie Linda Inman and Kathryn Darlene McAllister, both of Carrollton; a brother, Leroy McAllister Jr. of Louisville; and two grandchildren.
Services will be at 11 a.m. Friday at Graham-Dunn Funeral Home, Carrollton. Visitation will be from 5 to 8 tonight at the funeral home. Burial will be in Veterans Cemetery, Madison, Ind.
