Mary L. Ryle Beetem, 89, of Florence, died Tuesday, January 5, at Healthcare of St. Elizabeth, Florence. She worked in Food Service at St. Luke Hospital.
Mrs. Beetem was a member of Kento Boo Baptist Church, where she was a Sunday School Teacher and G.A. Director. She was a member of the Order of the White Shrine and the Florence Elementary PTA.
Survivors include sons, Stanley W. (Sue) Beetem of Erlanger, Phil (Mary Ann) Beetem of Burlington, Thomas K. Beetem of Florence, and Barry L. (Connie) Beetem of Independence; daughter, Linda L. (Joe) Gamble of Florence; grandchildren, Derron, Hollee, Jason, Jeremy, Jeff, Tim, and Mike; and great grandchildren, Ashley, Staci, Kayla, Amanda, Zoie, Tyler, Katie, Hannah, Rylee, Blake, and Alexa.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Edwin Franklin Beetem in 1983; brothers, Glenn Ryle and Hubert "Shorty" Ryle; and parents, Stanley and Lillian K. Kelly Ryle.
