Brother of Cathi, Sabrina, Vincent, Dale, Corey, Shawn, Andrew, Michael, and Thomas.
Step-son of Charles Hornbostel and Jan Xu.
Survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Preceded in death by his beloved son, Frank Dana Fouchi.
A native of New Orleans and a longtime resident of Metairie, Louisiana.
Dr. Fouchi graduated from Rummel High School in 1978, Loyola University in 1982 and L.S.U. Medical School in 1986. He was a Family Practice Physician in the Metro New Orleans area.
Funeral Mass at St. Benilde Catholic Church, 1901 Division St., Metairie, LA 70001 was held on Thursday, 26 February 2009, at 12:00 PM. Visitation begann at 10:00 AM in the church. Greenwood Funeral Home, New Orleans, Louisiana, in charge of arrangements.
Interment in Metairie Cemetery, New Orleans, Louisiana.
