BOSSIER CITY, LA - Graveside services celebrating the life of Dale Ammons, age 72 will be held at 11:00 am on Monday, April 28, 2014 at Rose-Neath Cemetery, Bossier City, LA. There will be a time of visitation on Sunday, April 27th from 5-7 pm at Rose-Neath Funeral Home, Bossier City.

Mr. Ammons was born November 11, 1941 in Prescott, AR to Glen Paris and Mary Elsie Andrews Ammons and passed away on April 25, 2014 at Willis-Knighton Pierremont. He was a truck driver for AL&W Moore Trucking Co. and was a veteran of the US Army.

Mr. Ammons is preceded in death by his mother, Elsie Heckart and father, Glen Ammons. He is survived by his wife, Maxine Thornton Ammons of Bossier City; sons, Dale Ammons, Jr., Vince Ammons and Joshua and family; daughters, Rose Richardson, Angela and family, Christina and family, Tammi and family and Brandi and family. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.
