She is survived by her daughter, Claudia Edmiston, her grandchildren, Julia Elam and James E. Edmiston II, her great-grandchildren, Tiffany Elam, Cassandra Edmiston and Alexander Edmiston, many loving nieces and nephews, and 54 other children she nurtured from infancy over her 97-year life. She taught all of us right from wrong and good from bad, instilling her strong moral values and beliefs. She made the world a much better place for all those who knew her and she will be sorely missed by all of us.
A graveside will be held at Green Hills Cemetery, with the Rev. Bobby Arrowood officiating.
