FRANK CHIPMAN VAN ARTSDALEN 75 - of Cape May Court House, formerly of Rio Grande died on April 17, 2005 at the N.J. Veterans Memorial Home.

Born in Philadelphia, PA, he was raised in Sea Isle City. He enlisted in the U.S. Marine Corps August 28, 1950. He served in the Korean War being discharged August 27, 1953. He was the owner of Archie's Hydraulic Jack Repair Co. of Rio Grande and was a truck driver for Grace Oil. He was a member of Tabernacle U.M. Church and Sea Isle Masonic F & AM.

Surviving are a son, Harold and wife Terri Van Artsdalen of Cape May Court House; three daughters, Margaret Van Artsdalen of Cape May Court House, Linda Van Artsdalen of North Wildwood and Barbara Lehman of Rio Grande; nine grandchildren and one great-grandchild.

He was preceded by his wife, Barbara Jean in 2001.

Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, 2:00 p.m. at the Evoy Funeral Home, 3218 Bayshore Rd., North Cape May, where friends may call after 1:00 p.m.

Burial will be in Cape May Co. Veterans Cemetery.
