Dr. Stuart Angelo, Dentist, Son of Mosby Cavalryman
Dr. Stuart M. Angelo, 70, a practicing dentist in Washington for 40 years died Friday at Doctors Hospital. Born in Linden, Va., he was the son of Frank C. Angelo, once a member of Mosby's Rangers of Civil War fame. Dr. Angelo was graduated from the George Washington School of Dentistry in 1912. He was a member of the District Dental Society. He was a member of Mount Vernon Masonic Chapter, RAC, of Almas Temple and the Jesters, and was a past patron of St. John's Lodge, Order of the Eastern Star. He was also a past master of St. John's Lodge No. 11, Knights Templar. Dr. Angelo had been a member of the board of directors of the Washington Medical Center. He is survived by a son, Stuart M. Angelo, Jr., of 2522 Lee highway, Arlington; a daughter, Mrs. Marshall Andrews of Sterling, Va; a brother, Harry Angelo of Arlington and three sisters, Mrs. Chester Reich of Hyattsville, Md., Mrs. Henry Hunter of 3945 Connecticut avenue N.W. and Mrs. Fred Per Lee of Arlington. Services will be at the Hines Funeral Home, 2901 Fourteenth street NW at 11 a.m. Tuesday. Burial will be in Columbia Gardens Cemetery in Arlington. Dr. Angelo had asked that contributions to the Young Adult Group United Cerebral Palsy Association of Washington be substituted for flowers.

Dr. Stuart M. Angelo, 70, a dentist here for 40 years, died Friday of uremia at Doctor Hopital. His home was at 2522 Lee highway, Arlington.
Born in Linden, Va., Dr. Angelo was a 1912 graduate of the George Washington University Dental School. A life member of the District of Columbia Dental Society, he retired from active practice in 1952.
Dr. Angelo was a former member of the board of directors of the Washington Medical Center; a member of Mount Vernon Chapter, Royal Arch Masons; Almas Temple of the Shrine and the Jesters.
He was a past patron of Saint John's Lodge No. 18, Order of the Eastern Star, and a past master of Saint John's Lodge No. 11, Knights.
He is survived by a son, Stuart M. Jr., of the home address; a daughter, Mrs. Marshall Andrews, of Sterling, Va.; a brother and three sisters. His wife, Maude Elaine Wilson Angelo, died in 1949.
Dr. Angelo requested that, in the event of his death, flowers be omitted from the funeral ceremony in favor of contributions to the Young Adult Group, United Cerebral Palsy Association of Washington.
Services will be held at 11 a. m. Tuesday at the S. H. Hines funeral home, 2901 14th st. nw., with burial in Columbia Gardens Cemetery.
