Statesboro, GA - Mr. Bobby Gerald Adams, age 70, died Thursday, August 19th, 2010 at the East Georgia Regional Medical Center in Statesboro. The native and lifelong resident of Bulloch County attended Marvin Pittman High School and served in the Army National Guard. He was employed with Bulloch County for 20 years as a truck driver with the road department and Screven County for several years. He was of the Baptist faith. Bobby was an avid fisherman and hunter. He was preceded in death by his parents, John Russell and Annie Bell Hollingsworth Adams.
Surviving are two sisters and two brothers. Several nieces and nephews also survive.
Graveside services and burial will be Saturday at 11:00 a.m. at the Upper Mill Creek Primitive Baptist Church Cemetery with Lavon Deal officiating.
