Frank Schlie, 70, of
113 DeLond av., for many years an
attendant at Woodlawn Cemetery,
died last night at his home after
illness of two weeks. He had been
a resident of the North Side for the
past 40 years. Surviving are one
son. John Schlie; a daughter, Mrs.
Emma Nann; a brother, Martin
Schlie; two sisters, Mrs. Henrietta
Herman and Mrs. William Thater,
and seven grandchildren. Funeral
services will be conducted privately,
at the home at 8:30 o'clock Thursday
morning and a half hour later
in the Church of the Assumption,
with burial in Assumption Cemetery.
Mr. Schlie was a member of
St. Fedilis Society.
