He was born May 19, 1917 to William Casewell and Sarah Elizabeth (Brown) Wall in Osage County, Okla. He married Billye Jeanne Cooper Nov. 29, 1946 at Rockwell, Texas. She survives.
He attended school in Osage County, Kaw City, Okla., and Wichita schools, earning a degree in general science. He moved to Montezuma from Straight, Okla.
He retired as plant manager for Cities Service-Williams Gas Company after serving for 43 years. He was a member of the United Methodist Church, Albert Pike Masonic Lodge, an ordained Elder in the Presbyterian Church, a school board member for over 20 years and past president of Montezuma Lions club and Montezuma Township Trustee.
Other survivors include one son, William Howard "Bill" Wall and wife, Deb, Montezuma; two daughters, Cheryl Ann Wall Moore and Debbie Jeanne Wall Renner and husband, Dennis, all of Dodge City; six grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
