He was 83 years old and was retired from the Oklahoma Dept. of Transportation. He is survived by a daughter, Carolyn Hiser of Stigler; 3 sisters, Amy Romine of Muskogee, OK, Margorie Mann of Briartown, OK, and Evelyn Killian of Warner, OK; a brother, Bill Lowery of Muskogee; 2 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren.
