Son of John W. & Elizabeth Belle (Thomas) Hilligoss.

He was killed in 2nd Battle of Marne, in Marne France and his body was brought back and buried in Anderson.

His body is buried in Arlington National Cemetery. This stone was put here as a memorial by his family. This has been verified by Maplewood Cemetery Office.

Otto L. Hilligoss was my 2nd cousin 2x removed.
