Thomas Hiram Roy Sr, age 72, of 4159 Fair Park Blvd, Fort Worth, Texas died at the Veterans Administration Hospital in Dallas on August 27, 1974.
Buck was born December 7, 1901 in Coolidge, Texas, the 4th of 6 children born to William Hiram & Amy Lee Mills Roy.
On November 16, 1923, he married Blanche Virginia Harding at Prarie Hill, Texas. They had 5 children, Margie Virginia, Thomas "Bud" Jr., Barbara Jean, Jack, and Maurine.
Buck served in the Army during WWII. He was survived by his second wife, Mae Worthington Roy.
Burial was in Laurel Land Cemetery, Fort Worth, with Ray Crowder Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
