Beulah Allonia Isenberg Comer, age 95, of Gamaliel, passed away Friday, February 17, 2012 at the Barren County Health Care Center in Glasgow.

She was born in Monroe County, KY on January 8, 1917 to the late Buford Isenberg and Sallie Proffitt Isenberg. She was a retired factory worker for Key Work Clothes and a member of Freewill Church of Christ. She was the widow of Walter Lester Comer who died July 29, 1985.

She is survived by: four sons and daughters-in-law: Wallace and Pat Comer of Tompkinsville, Daryl and Joe Nell Comer of Parrish, FL, Roy Payton and Jo Ann Comer of Red Boiling Spgs., TN, Wilbur and Betty Comer of Gamaliel, KY,
one daughter: Loretta Hunt of Glasgow
9 grandchildren 19 great grandchildren 3 step great grandchildren

In addition to her parents and husband she was preceded in death by two brothers: Orville and Julius Isenberg, four sisters: Lula Bell Ford, Lama Comer, Eula Comer, Thelma Hinson, son-in-law: Fay Hunt, granddaughter: Shelia Comer.

Funeral services will be conducted Monday, February 20 at 2:00 PM at Strode Funeral Home in Tompkinsville with burial to follow in the Isenberg Cemetery.

Visitation will be after 2:00 PM on Sunday at Strode Funeral Home in Tompkinsville
