Funeral services have been planned throughout the Coeur d'Alene Mining districts for victims of the Sunshine mine disaster.

Last rites for Duwain D. Crow, 39, Big Creek, were to be today at 11 a.m. at the United Church in Kellogg with burial at Greenwood Cemetery.

 

Survivors are his wife, Laura Lee, and his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Delbert Crow, Blackfoot, Idaho.

Duwain D. Crow served with the US Army during the Korean War.

He died in the Sunshine mine fire on May. 2nd 1972 in Kellogg ID at the age of 40.

The local American Legion put up a small memorial in memory of the veterans who lost their lives in that mining disaster.
