MRS. ALMA BURRISS, DIES;
SERVICES TO BE TOMMORROW
Funeral services for Mrs. Alma B. Burriss, 63, will be conducted tomorrow morning at the Larson Funeral Chapel in Bucklin. Burial will be in Mt. Olivet Cemetery in Marceline.
Mrs. Burriss died yesterday afternoon at the St. Francis Hospital in Marceline. She was preceded in death by her husband on Sept. 13.
She was married to Frank Burriss on Nov. 18, 1927.
Among the survivors are a brother, Larry Wilson of Carrollton; three step-sons, William Burriss and John Burriss, both of Des Moines, Iowa, and Archie Burriss of Chicago.

MRS. BURRIS SERVICES WERE WEDNESDAY
Alma B. Burris, widow of the late Frank Burris, was the daughter of George W. and Nancy J. Wilson. She was born on Apr. 14, 1894 near Carrollton, and died on Oct. 21, 1957 at the St. Francis Hospital in Marceline after a brief illness. She married Frank Burris on Nov. 18, 1927. They made their home in Ames, Iowa for a number of years then moved to Bucklin, where they lived for the past four years. Mr. Burris preceded her in death on Sept. 13, 1957.
Survivors are one brother, Larry Wilson of Carrollton; and three step-sons, Archie of Chicago, Illinois, John and William, both of Des Moines, Iowa.
Mrs. Burris was a member of the First Methodist Church in Bucklin.
Funeral services were conducted Wednesday morning at the Larson Funeral Chapel in Bucklin. Burial was in Mt. Olivet Cemetery in Marceline.
