Niyan/Ninyan (various spellings) Edward Cargile was the son of Jesse Hillary Cargile. He married Rose Anna Palmer, a daughter of William Hosea Palmer and Elizabeth Holland. From this marriage union were 7 children: Ruby, Scott Edward, Noble Andy, John Linzy, Kit Delmore, William Woodrow, and Frankie Viola Cargile.
