Mrs. Leo Trahan - Eleda Cormier Trahan
CARENCRO - Funeral services were held Saturday, February 22, 1986 at 11 a.m. at St. Peter Catholic Church for Mrs. Leo Trahan, 77, the former Eleda Cormier, who died Thursday afternoon, February 20, 1986, at Lafayette General Medical Center.
Burial was held in St. Peter Catholic Church Cemetery.

Suvivors include three sons, Harold Trahan of Lafayette and Leo Jr. and John Calvin Trahan of Carencro, two daughters, Beanna Trahan Savoie & her husband C.J. Savoie of Carencro and Helen Trahan Wettaw & her husband Richard Wettaw of Houston; a brother Joachin Cormier of Carencro; two sisters Esone Cormier and Isola Benoit of Lafayette, 19 grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren.

She was the daughter of the late Honore Cormier and Admonia LeBlanc, both Carencro natives.

She was a member of St. Anne Society.

Melcanon Funeral Home of Carencro was in charge of arrangments.
