She was born March 10, 1950, in Campbell County, Tenn., the daughter of Dan Kelley and Alice Douglas Kelley.
On Dec. 31, 1978, she married Roy Everett Bolen in Arcadia, Fla. She was a retired medical receptionist and a member of the Pentecostal Church of God in Bolivar.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Roy; and two sisters, Dean Lawson and Peggy Jo Walker.
She is survived by her three sons, Garry W. Bolen and wife Samantha of Bolivar, Douglas A. Bolen and wife Lisa of Buffalo and Joshua R. Bolen and wife Emmily, also of Bolivar; six grandchildren, DeWayne Stafford, Morgan Bolen, Madison Bolen, Ava Bolen, Noah Bolen and Mariah Bolen; two brothers, George Kelley of Camden Tenn., and Ben Kelley of Deltona, Fla.; two sisters, Polly Hackler of Jelico, Tenn., and Ann Jones of Williamsburg, Ky.
Services are at 10 a.m. Monday, Feb. 8, at the Butler Funeral Home in Bolivar with the Rev. Harold Johnson and the Rev. Dean Clemmer officiating. Burial will follow at the Lindley Prairie Cemetery in Bear Creek.
