Pastor Delaney was born in Wichita, KS. He served proudly in the U.S. Navy, retiring as a Lieutenant J.G. after 20 years of service. He was an engineer for 20 years with Lockheed Martin in Moorestown.

Pastor Delaney is the loving husband of Trudy P. He is the loving father of Frank E. (Rosemary) of Atco, Dennis D. (Judy) of Hainesport, John O. (Jorgi) of Atco, and Lisa M. (David) Brunner of Puerto Rico. He was a wonderful grandfather to Amy, Joshua, Jonathan, Benjamin, Jacob, Andrew, and soon to arrive, Baby Alice.

He is the beloved son of Oren and Frances Delaney and eldest brother of Charles, Kenneth, and Ruben Delaney, all of Kansas.
