Bill was 67 years old, just shy of his 68th birthday when he passed away from basil cell carcinoma. He was the beloved husband of Emma Frieda Postoll Mustard for 41 years. Bill was reired from BP in Paulsboro He is also survived by his daughter Joanne Claussen and her husband Peter, as well as his grandson Stephen. Bill also is survived by his sister Jean of pennsylvania. I was Bill's home healthcare giver during the final months of his illness, He is sorely missed by all who knew and loved him.
