EAST LIVERPOOL – Lifetime area resident KEVIN CAMP passed away at his home in East Liverpool early Wednesday morning, October 19, 2011. He was 42 years old.
He was born here on September 26, 1969, a son of Donald E. Camp of East Liverpool and Kathie McKinnon Bulkin, and her husband Frank, of Hobe Sound, FL.
A 1988 graduate of East Liverpool High School, Kevin was a service technician at United Rentals in Oakdale, PA.
He attended the First Church of Christ (Disciples), and enjoyed playing pool in his spare time, and participated in a local pool league.
Above all, he was a devoted husband, loving father, beloved son and loyal friend. He loved his family more than anything, and one of his greatest joys in life was following his children's sporting events and their other activities.
Kevin will be greatly missed by his wife, Michelle Plemons Camp, whom he married on August 7, 2004. She survives him at home.
Also surviving are two daughters and one son whom he cherished: Lacey Dawn Camp and her fiancé, Zachary Kuiken, of East Liverpool; Addison Nicole Camp, at home; and Kevin Alford of East Liverpool, along with a step-son, Jacob T. Angus, who survives at home and will miss him dearly as well as a granddaughter, Emma Grace Alford,.
There is a sister, Kathie Ann Tice and her husband, Bill, of Orlando, FL; two nieces, Erika Tice and Megan Tice, and a nephew, Tyler Tice.
Friends may visit at the Dawson Funeral Home on Friday, where the family will be present from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m.
Services will be held at the funeral home at 1:30 p.m. on Saturday, with Rev. Willard "Chuck" Adkins of the church officiating.
Kevin will be laid to rest at Columbiana County Memorial Park.
