GORDO - Funeral services for Mrs. Dona Mae Bailey, 94, of Route One, Gordo, who died Saturday at the Evans Home for Elderly in Elrod, were to be at 11 a.m. today at the Stabler-Robbins Funeral Home in Reform. The Rev. Chester Free and the Rev. Jerry Koster were to officiate with burial in the Sand Springs Cemetery and Stabler-Robbins directing.
Survivors include two daughters, Mrs. Nubie Henderson, Tuscaloosa, and Mrs. Millery Burkhalter, Linden; a son, Doyle F. Bailey, Gordo; two sisters, Mrs. Effie R. Ray, California, and Mrs. Katherine Gerhard, Bessemer; a brother, Victor Reese, Gordo; 11 grandchildren and other relatives.
Pallbearers were to be Larry Bailey, Leland Bailey, Kirk Bailey, Chris Bailey, John Henderson, Jr., and Ken Burkhalter.
Honorary pallbearers include friends and neighbors of Gordo.
