| Birth: | Nov. 10, 1919 Colcord Delaware County Oklahoma, USA | | Death: | Apr. 12, 1987 San Pablo Contra Costa County California, USA |  Don Berg, 67, died Sunday in a San Pablo hospital. A native of Colcord, Okla., he had lived in Richmond for 45 years.
Mr. Berg was retired after 38 years with Chevron USA, Richmond. He was a member of Alpha Shattuck-Stephens Lodge No. 431, Free and Accepted Masons; Moose Lodge, No. 550, San Pablo; and former member of the Elks, No. 1251, Richmond.
He is survived by his wife, Lucille Berg of Richmond; two daughters, Janet Drake of Richmond and Susan Wimmer of Tormey; a son, Robert S. Berg of Redding; and six grandchildren. He is also survived by three sisters, Gertrude Case of Sonora, Ruth Catron of Modesto and Grace Davis of Oregon; and three brothers, Cecil Berg of Paradise, Grover Berg of Grass Valley and Cliff Berg of San Rafael. Services will be at 2 p.m. Thursday at the chapel of Schmidt & Dixon Funeral Home, Richmond, conducted by the Alpha Shattuck Stephens Lodge No. 431, F. & A.M. Committal will be private.
