Roy T. Baldwin
Roy Thompson Baldwin, 88, retired custodian at Ceres High School, died this morning in a Yuba City hospital following a brief illness.
A native of Phillipsburg, Kan., he moved to California in 1941 and lived in Ceres from 1945 until moving to Yuba City in 1970.
Survivors are his widow, Ethel Helen Baldwin; daughters Easter Caretto of Houston, Tex., and Juanita B. Tabor of Tacoma, Wash.; sons J. L. Baldwin of Douglas Ariz., the Rev. Donald G. Baldwin of Yuba City; 23 grandchildren, 33 great-grandchildren, and one great-great-grandchild.
The Salas Brothers Funeral Chapel will handle arrangements. Burial will be in the Lakewood Memorial Park.
