She had been active as the American Legion Auxiliary President, Secretary to the Honor Guard and Second Vice to the VFW.

Surviving are her daughter: Beverly Chournos, Ogden; a son: Von (RaNae) Draheim, Roy; a brother: Albert Smith, West Valley.
Vivian has six grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband Jerry, a son: Wayde Draheim, and two sisters and two brothers.
