Survivors include her daughter, Sharon (Bill) Hutchinson of Great Falls; granddaughters Alicia Hutchinson and Jennifer (Dave) Lipe; and four great-grandchildren, all of Great Falls.
Charlotte was born Nov. 22, 1930, to Clarence and Myrtle Stevens, in Ocheydan, Iowa, and was raised and educated in Iowa.
She married Louis A. Rizzo in 1950 in Denver. In addition to being a homemaker, Charlotte was an underwriter for Mutual of Omaha until her retirement.
Charlotte and Louis were avid fishermen and enjoyed the outdoors and camping. She was a regular pinochle player at the senior center, where she volunteered for many years.
She was a loving mother and grandmother, and will be deeply missed by her family.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Louis, on July 6, 2004; a brother, James Stevens; and her parents.
