Our Grandfather.Pharmacy Graduate (PhG, University of Pittsburgh 1908), barber, writer of detective stories, artist, patenter of handcuffs. Born in Dundee, the son of Agnes Chalmers and Andrew Latou (both buried in the Monogahelia Cemetery, North Braddock, PA.) Canadian WW1 Veteran who served in the Ambulance Corps in Siberia.
1st wife- Natalie, a tennis player from California. 2nd wife- Elizabeth MacWatt, mother of Edythe Latou Sonntag, Agnes Olive Latou Heatherington, Andrew Latou and Stewart Latou. 3rd wife- Laura Benson Latou Lee, mother of William Wilson Latou and John "Jack" Latou. 4th wife- Aggie Crowley Latou- he adored her, but she died from breast cancer.
I think that Grandpa may be buried in Kettleby, Ontario, Canda, along with his beloved Aggie, but there is a marker for him with his daughter's Sonntag family in Michigan.
