Leopold "Leo" J. BARAN was born Sept 15, 1927 in Poland, the son of Joseph and Agatha (MARKOWICZ) BARAN. He died Jan 28, 2009 of Brecksville, Ohio, the husband of Elaine (nee Mahler). Leo was the President of U.S. Steel Local 1298 from 1964 to 1984. He immigrated to the US in 1927 with his family in 1927.
