Daughter of Duane Colvin and Mary Wilkins, "Stella" married first Charles Baker 11 Mar 1916 in Salem, Washington Co., NY. After the birth of a daughter, the couple divorced, remarrying 30 Aug 1920, in Dorset, Bennington Co., VT.

The Bakers had five known children: Ellen Mary, Duane Frank, Margaret Estella, Ruth May and Clifton George Baker.

Charles Baker died in 1966. Estellah married second Fred A. Reed 17 Feb 1968 in Dorset.

Private graveside services for Mrs. Estalah W. Reed, 76, of Dorset, widow of Fred A. Reed, who died Thursday at Putnam Memorial Hospital in Bennington after a long illness, will be held Saturday in Maple Hill Cemetery, Dorset, with the Rev. Hall C. Miller III, pastor of the United Church of Dorset and East Rupert, officiating.

Mrs. Reed, a daughter of Duane and Mary [Wilkins] Colvin, was born in Tinmouth, Dec. 1, 1898. She leaves three daughters, Mrs. Ruth Ceraldi of Scotia, N.Y., Mrs. Margaret Clark of Erin, N.Y., and Mrs. Ellen Flangan of New Canaan, Conn.; two brothers, Vollie Colvin of Tinmouth and Elmer Colvin of Danby.

There will be no calling hours.

Memorial contributions to the Vermont Cancer Society through the Brewster Funeral Service of Manchester Center have been suggested by the family.
