Dawn Elizabeth Perkins, age 37, of Silver Lake, IN passed away Monday July 2, 2012 at 1:05 PM in her residence. She was born February 24, 1975 in Allentown, PA to George Ruhf and Lois (Werkheiser) Farrington.
Dawn was a homemaker and Kosciusko County, IN resident since 1993. On May 25,1998 at 10:15 p.m. she gave birth to Jackson Andrew Stroup. On May 17, 2007 she was united in marriage to Tommy Perkins in Plymouth, IN. On February 14,2008 she gave birth to Curtis William Perkins. She attended Grace College and Seminary in Winona Lake, IN.
Her husband Tommy Perkins of Silver Lake, IN; sons Jackson and Curtis at home and her father George Rauf of Pittsburgh, PA survive her.
Funeral Services are scheduled for Friday July 6, 2012 at 1:00 PM in Pleasant View Bible Church Warsaw, IN. Pastor Ryan Petgen will officiate. Calling hours are scheduled from 12:00 to 1:00 PM at the Church.
Interment will be in Pleasant View Cemetery Warsaw, IN.
