She had attended Wilkes-Barre Township schools. Mrs. Brobst was a member of the Welsh Baptist Church, Wilkes-Barre. For many years she served as a foster parent with Kids Peace in Wyoming County.
Surviving are her husband, Larry C. Brobst; five daughters; two sons; 13 grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; three brothers; a sister; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held Thursday at 11 a.m. from the Harold C. Snowdon Funeral Home, 140 N. Main Street,
Shavertown, with Rev. Donald Hartshor Rev. Charles Bishop officiating. Interment will be in Chapel Lawn Memorial Park, Dallas Township.
