Frances Evaline (Lull) Billings was the wife of Perry Stark Billings and the mother of five children: Jennie M., Harriet E. (Hattie), Katie E., all of whom passed away in 1863 within two weeks of eachother from diptheria, Jennie M., who was married to the prominent Tunkhannock physician, Dr. Arther Duane (A.R.) Brundage, MD, and William Perry Billings. She was predeceased by her Parents, her beloved husband, Perry Stark Billings in 1900 and by her three young precious daughters, Jennie, Hattie and Katie.

She was very active in her community and her church where she found great strength. Her faith always sustained her, and she was able to live a full life, having two more children after the death of her beloved little precious three daughters. She was an inspiration to her family and friends and she will be dearly missed.
