We surely do thank and appreciate the goodness and kindness of our many neighbors and firends, for the watchful care over our darling baby through his short sickness and death. We now have hopes of meeting him in Heaven, where there will be no more parting.
Alford Thomas Ailey, was born Dec. 25th, 1915, died July 6th, 1917, at the age of one year, six months, and eleven days. He was laid to rest in the Stroud cemetery. Reading and prayer by Brother J. T. McPheeter, minister of the gospel and pastor of the Free Will Baptist Church.
