Mrs. Charles S. Casselberry, 69, died at 10 o’clock last Thursday (7 Jan 1937) evening in her home near Wacker after a short illness.
Funeral services were held Sunday afternoon in the home and in the Hickory Grove Methodist church, with the Rev. G.T. Nesmith of Mt. Carroll, officiating. Burial was made in Hickory Grove Cemetery.
Mrs. Casselberry was born Mar. 5, 1867, in Mt. Carroll township and had spent her entire life in this community. She was the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Dudley O’Neil. Surviving are her husband and one daughter, Rea, at home.
