Sophia Catherine Albers, infant daughter of Adam Michael and Brandy Catherine Mills Albers went home to be with her Lord at birth on Wednesday, March 25, 2015 at Fayette Regional Health System.
Besides her parents, survivors include paternal grandparents, Michael and Brenda Albers of St. Libory, IL; maternal grandparents, Phillip O. and Tammy Cleary of Joliet, IL and Michael Mills and Liz Schwenke of New Lenox, IL; paternal great-grandparents, Victor Albers of St. Libory, IL and Dorothy and Harry Surmeier of Venedy, IL; maternal great-grandparents, Arlene Cleary of Mokena, IL, Gary and Kay Ernst of New Lenox, IL and Robert and Ann Rhodes of New Lenox, IL; paternal aunt, Erin Albers of St. Louis, MO; maternal aunts and uncles, Lilly Cleary of Joliet, IL, Phillip R. and Penelope Cleary of Niles, MI and Jovonna and Robyn Moore of Bolingbrook, IL. The Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 1 PM Saturday, March 28, 2015 at St. Gabriel Church with Reverend Dustin Boehm officiating. Burial will be in Dale Cemetery. A visitation will be held at the church from 12 PM until the time of the Mass.
