Henry Adams

Services were this week for Tracy resident Henry Adams, 67, who died Jan. 13 at Sutter Tracy Community Hospital.
Mr. Adams was born Feb. 29, 1944, in Macon, Ga., and worked 10 years as a head custodian in public schools before retiring for medical reasons. He attended Faith Tabernacle Church.
Survivors include his wife of 34 years, Jenny Adams of Tracy; four children, Henry Adams Jr., Charlene Adams, Matthew Adams and Jacob Adams, all of Tracy; two sisters, Annie Lee Gause, and her husband, Paul, Fayetteville, N.C., and Geneva Addison, and her husband, Randy, of Huntington, N.Y.; two grandsons; and many nieces, nephews and cousins.
Preceding him in death were his parents, Isaac and Johnnie Mae Adams, and five brothers and two sisters.
Burial was in Tracy Cemetery, 600 W. Schulte Road. Hotchkiss Mortuary, 5 W. Highland Ave., handled arrangements.
