Mr. Novak had been a shipping clerk with the Thomas & Betts Co. in Elizabeth, NJ for 34 years.
Mr. Novak also served in the Navy during WWII and was a member of the Polish Legion of American Veterans Post 91 in Elizabeth and the Thomas & Betts 25 year club also in Elizabeth.
Born in Donora, PA., Mr.Novak lived in Elizabeth before moving to Hillside, NJ. over 30 years ago. Surviving are his mother, Mrs.Agnes Urban, a stepbrother, Matthew Urban and three sisters, Mrs.Cecelia Hume, Miss Virginia Novak and Mrs.Frances Zygmunt.
