Leo Clark Abercrombie - Age 90 - of Union Hill Road, Lacey's Spring, the Union Hill Community, died Thursday, January 22, 2009 in the Marshall Medical Center North, Guntersville.

Mrs. Abercrombie was born in Marshall County, Alabama, April 22, 1918, the Daughter of Henry F. Clark and Nancy Mae Sweat Clark. She was a Homemaker, married to Rubert Abercrombie, who died March 19, 1998, a life time resident of the Union Hill Community, a Good Cook, Gardener and was a member of New Canaan Baptist Church.

Leo is survived by her Two Sons and Daughter-In-Law: Billy & Virginia Abercrombie of Union Hill and Bobby Abercrombie also of Union Hill; Two Daughters and Sons-In-Law: Martha & A. Q. Oldacre of Union Hill and Margie & George Crawford also of Union Hill; 8 Grandchildren and 10 Great Grandchildren.

Funeral Service was conducted at Brindlee Mountain Chapel, Morgan City, with Brother Shane Wheeler, officiating.

Burial in the New Canaan Cemetery, Brindlee Mountain Chapel and Arab Heritage Memorial Chapel, directing.

Pallbearers were Brett Abercrombie, Greg Abercrombie, Matthew Abercrombie, Clay Crawford, Brad Oldacre and Doug Oldacre.
