Vivian Adkins, 84, passed away Tuesday, March 20, 2007.
Funeral: 1:30 p.m. Saturday in Greenwood Chapel. Entombment: Greenwood Mausoleum. Visitation: 6 to 8 p.m. Friday at Greenwood Funeral Home.
Vivian was born Aug. 19, 1922, in Kenmore, Ohio. She was a proud member of the Elks Lodge in Fort Worth and volunteered at the Osteopathic Hospital of North Texas.
Vivian was preceded in death by her husband, Charles F. "Charlie" Adkins.
Survivors: Son, Keith Charles Adkins of Weatherford; daughter, Dreda Essex and husband, Alan, of Blum; grandchildren, Brandon and Amber; great-grandson, Jaydon; brother, Dale Howard and wife, Edna, of Belfast, N.Y.; sister, Thelma Whitman of Wadsworth, Ohio; and numerous nieces and nephews.
