Erwin, associated with his brother, Morgan, in the Harry Albee Rug Co., died at St Joseph's Hospital.

He was the son of Harry E. and Celia Deane Albee. He married Ruth Allan Dec. 15, 1920 in Nassau, The Bahamas, while he was an American vice-consul there. Surviving are his wife, a daughter, Jean Budde, and his brother.

He graduated from Illinois Wesleyan Univ, and during World War I he was with the Army Air Corps.
