Cora married James "Jim" Tomblin in 1895, and so was the daughter-in-law of Alexander "X" Tomblin and Mary Cable Jones.
Cora and Jim had the following children: Harrison Tomblin (who died as an infant), Goldie Gertrude Tomblin Wamsley (married to William Bland "Willie" Wamsley), William Tomblin, Elmer Tomblin, McCellan Tomblin, Chester Tomblin, and Viola Alice "Vi" Tomblin Milliron. (I am not certain that Vi's last name was Milliron by marriage or birth.)
Cora was the great-grandmother of my mother, Goldie Ann Riley Williams, and so was my great-great grandmother. She died on August 29, 1949 at 77 years of age. She was buried in the Locust Grove Cemetery outside of Peebles, Ohio on August 31, 1949.
The Hunts were known for their red hair.
