19 July 1969: James Haddow, 123 N. Eighth St., died Friday in the Lebanon Valley General Hospital. He was 81. Born in Covington, Ky., he was a son of the late James and Mary Falconer Haddow. He was a retired employee of the Bethlehem Steel Corp. He held memberships in Messiah Lutheran Church, Mt. Lebanon Lodge No. 226 F and AM, Harrisburg Consistory, the Lebanon Lodge of Elks and the Fraternal Order of Eagles. He is survived by his wife, Kathryn Deitzler Haddow; one brother, Robert F. Haddow, San Diego, Calif.; three sisters, Mrs. Mary Ehlman of Big Spring, Tex.; Mrs. Elizabeth Umberger, Bellevue, Ky., and Mrs. Agnes Sigsbee, Lebanon, and a number of nieces and nephews.
